In an effort to contribute to the betterment of national education, CIMB Niaga provides required supporting facilities and organizes relevant events in a number of regions nationwide.

In 2018, the following were held:

• 'A Million Books' in Mataram and the Island of Selayar
• 'A Million Book' for Leader Camps in Medan, Surabaya, Malang and Bandung
• 'A Million Book' at Bogor's Tour de Bank

Additionally, CIMB Niaga, working closely with University of Indonesia (UI), set up a Mini Lab for the university's Vocational Program and a Bourse Game Lab at the Graduate School of Management of UI's Faculty of Economics. These two series of undertakings has allowed the bank to make a great contribution to education by sending its employees to assist as mentors and providing the necessary coursebooks and teaching materials
