On 29 November 1989, CIMB Niaga listed its initial shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange through an initial public offering of 5,000,000 Bank shares to the public with a nominal value of Rp1,000 per share and an offering price of Rp12,500. Since 2011 until the end of 2024, CIMB Niaga has not issued and/or listed shares.
